My chicken mushroom "casserole'

One of the things I have learned here, is that you may make a casserole from anything and it really tastes good. The key thing is combining the ingredients and adding the exact amount of spices.

The other day, without knowing what to have for supper, I remembered I had some chicken tenders in the freezer.

I took two (just for me) and cut them in small pieces and heat them in a skillet with a bit of oil. I did it for 5 minutes, and when the centers were just a bit pink I added chopped green onions, mushrooms, chopped bacon (not too much only to give flavor) and garlic, stirring frequently until the chicken was cooked. Then I added yummy smooth and cheesy (a cheddar cheese dip) and a spoon of sour cream. I went on stirring gently, just for some minutes, with a low heat. When I took it off the fire, and sprinkled some parsley on top.
I know what I cooked may not be called casserole, it was not baked in the oven but it looked like.
But anyway IT WAS GOOD!
